FAQ'S
How do I book an appointment? You can book your photo session with a phone call, an email, or through our online booking system. When you book through a phone call or an email we will send you an email with an electronic invoice to be paid on or before your session. If you book through the online booking system, you will be able to pay for your session at the time of booking.
What are featured images? All clients will receive what we call "featured images" and "images". All sessions will include a select number of featured images, these are the images that we have been picked out to be retouched, color balanced, and ready to send to the printer! The "images" are also color balanced and ready to send to the printer, but have not been retouched.
Where are you located? Our photography studio is located on the second floor of the Old Clover Dairy building in East Grand Forks. Our address is 404 4th St NW, East Grand Forks, MN.
What are your studio hours? We keep irregular office hours, so it is best to call or email ahead of time rather than just popping in. When it comes to your photo appointment, we are more than happy to work around your schedule for a time that works best for you!
What should we wear for our photo session? Dark colors tend to photograph better than lighter colors. This doesn't mean that you are stuck wearing black though! Think about greens, blues, reds, and purples. These colors always seem to look great in photos! Also, keep in mind that long sleeves and pants tend to photograph better than short sleeves and shorts.
How long does it take for the photos to be ready? The photos from your session will be ready in approximately 2 weeks.
How do we get the photos? Once the photos are ready, they will be available to download. We will send you a link to the proofing gallery where you will be able to download the images. If you prefer not to download the photos, we can provide you with a CD or USB drive (USB drives are an additional charge).
Can we order prints? You can order prints! Prints are available to order through the client proofing gallery.
